Girl from Pakistan whose head hung at 90-degrees has life-changing surgery

A 13-year-old girl who has her head hung upside down has risked life changing surgery to straighten her neck. Afsheen Gul, from Pakistan, suffered a rare condition which made her neck bend and her head sit at a 90-degree angle.
