Emergency units attend building shattered by airstrike in Chernihiv

A total of ten emergency units are working at the catastrophic scene in Chernihiv after a residential area was hit by Russian airstrike, which destroyed the 2nd and 9th floors, burning down a 9-storey dormitory.
