Peer blocked from taking part in debate after being accused of falling asleep

Labour peer Lord Young of Norwood was told he could not take part in a debate in the House of Lords after falling asleep during a minister's speech. When he stood to speak he was interrupted by frontbencher Hinton Waldrist.
