Russian tank appears to wantonly shoot and kill Mariupol man standing in street

Disturbing video shows a Russian tank in what is reported to be the under siege Ukrainian city of Mariupol appears to target its main gun on an old man standing motionless in the street. The gun fires and the man disappears in the explosion.
