Zelensky: Positions during talks with Russia are 'more realistic'

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said the positions during talks with Russia 'already sound more realistic'. He reminded, as he addressed the nation, that the decision to 'strengthen their aerial arsenal' has not yet been made.
