Police: City University student was 'murdered in her London halls'

Chief Inspector Adam Instone reads a statement regarding the murder of a 19-year-old student who was found dead at her student accommodation on Saturday morning. Officers were called to Arbour House in Sebastian Street, Clerkenwell.
