Ukraine official: 'frontlines are frozen' as Russian forces lose momentum

Presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych has addressed then nation of Ukraine and the world claiming that the frontlines are 'practically frozen' as he says Russian forces have lost their momentum. He said rocket strikes have depleted as well.
