Defence Secretary in video call with prankster thinking it is the Ukrainian PM

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace will have a few words for his department after he was filmed talking to a Russian prankster thinking it was the Ukrainian Prime Minister. He spent around 10 minutes on the phone to a man claiming to be Denys Shymal.
