Ukraine medic appears to claim he orders Russian POWs to be castrated

A clip from a Ukrainian news broadcast has what appears to be Gennadiy Druzenko claiming that he orders the castrations of Russian prisoners of war. Describing them as 'cockroaches'. Some online have said the video is incorrect citing 'deep fake'.
