The new mum says 'exercise makes me feel better even if I don't feel it now'

The former Made in Chelsea star was diagnosed with anxiety and PTSD after the birth of her son Leo Hunter in December. While she says there are 'no quick fixes' she 'knows exercise is making her better'.
