Zelensky says talks with Russia have been 'tough' and 'confrontational'

Ukraine's President Zelensky has addressed the country and the rest of the world on the talks with Russia, which he described as 'tough' and confrontational. Despite the continued talks, both sides of the talks say a solution is close.
