Malala: Women's rights must be pre-condition for Taliban rule

During a discussion in Doha, Qatar on March 26 about the education of Muslim women, Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai says that if the Taliban wants to be the ruling government in Afghanistan, they must establish equal rights for women and girls.
