Rishi Sunak: It would have been irresponsible for the Gvt to have borrowed more

Rishi Sunak has said it would have been 'irresponsible' for Government to borrow more to raise benefits against rising inflation.The Treasury Committee chairman, said the Chancellor had done 'very little' for those who were relying on benefits.
