Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal slams decision to host World Cup in Qatar

Netherlands head coach said on Monday it is "ridiculous" the 2022 FIFA World Cup is being held in Qatar and accused FIFA of taking the tournament to the Middle Eastern country for "money and commercial interests".
