Sturgeon in March: Face masks to end from April 4th on 'phased basis'

The First Minister of Scotland announced that from Monday 4th April the legal requirement to wear face coverings will turn into guidance for certain indoor settings and two weeks later on April 18 the requirement will also end for public transport.
