Parents of daughter who died: So important that learning is taken on board

An independent inquiry into the care of babies at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust has concluded that some 201 babies and nine mothers could have survived with better care. Kayleigh and Colin Griffiths' daughter Pippa died there in 2016.
