Boris doesn't explicitly say if lying in Commons should be a criminal offence

Boris Johnson was asked how he responded to a petition signed by more than 130,000 who want to make lying in the Commons a criminal offence. He didn't explicitly agree with the assertion, instead preferring to say that MPs 'should be clear'.
