Ockenden report finds babies and mothers could have survived if care was better

Parents have called for police prosecutions of medical staff after an inquiry by midwife Donna Ockenden found an obsession with natural births at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital led to the deaths of 201 babies and left hundreds with brain damage.
