Zelensky says Russia aims to seize Kyiv and Chernihiv regions.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on said Russian forces aimed to seize the east and south of the country. The regions are Kyiv and Chrnihiv. In avideo address, Zelensky said Russia had resources to "put pressure" on the east of Ukraine.
