CCTV captures officers appearing to allow rioters to infiltrate the Capitol

Video played at the trial of a Captiol rioter appeared to show an officer moving his arm in a waving motion inside the building as the rioters moved past them. The judge said outnumbered police officers allowed him and others to enter the Capitol.
