NYPD releases the name of man wanted in connection with subway shooting

The NYPD have released the name of a suspect, Frank James, wanted in connection with a shooting on a Brooklyn subway train in New York. Police believe James is connected to the rental of a U-Haul van and keys were found in the shooter's belongings.
