Partygate: Michael Fabricant says 'there's no bar in Downing Street'

Tory backbencher Michael Fabricant defended the Prime Minister on 5Live in the wake of the new Partygate fines explaining the suitcase of booze was needed because 'there's no bar in Downing Street.' He also said it happened under the Blair Govt.
