Douglas Ross says 'now is the time to focus on helping the people of Ukraine'

Scottish Tory Leader, Douglas Ross has said now is not the time to remove Boris Johnson as PM. He says we should be 'focussing on what we can do for the people of Ukraine'. This comes after the PM was fined for breeching lockdown rules.
