Partygate: Boris Johnson pledges to update parliament on lockdown fine

In a speech this morning the Prime Minister invoked the spirit of Brexit as he unveiled a £120million scheme to send men who cross from France in small boats to East Africa, saying: 'The British people voted several times to control our borders.'
