Refugee chief attacks Government plan to 'banish' Channel migrants to Rwanda

The Government will announce multimillion-pound plans for asylum seekers who cross the Channel in small boats to be flown for processing to Rwanda. Refugee chief said the Government should focus on providing people with the means to apply for visas.
