Ukrainian army spokesman: Enemy continuing blockade and shelling of Kharkiv

Ukrainian army spokesman Oleksandr Shputun says that Russia are continuing with the partial blockade and shelling of the city of Kharkiv with heavy artillery adding, 'the enemy are concentrated on regrouping and strengthening its troops.'
