Viktor Medvedchuk asks to be swapped for civilians and Ukrainian fighters

Vladimir Putin's top confidant Viktor Medvedchuk has been seen in a video released by the Ukrainian Security Service asking to be swapped for Ukrainian civilians and fighters in Mariupol. He was arrested when trying to escape the country.
