Jacob Rees-Mogg: 'Perspective' is needed over Partygate and Ukraine

Jacob Rees-Mogg tonight told Andrew Marr that 'perspective' is needed when discussing the prime ministers breach of lockdown restrictions, against the backdrop of war in Ukraine. The Tory said a fine is not 'the most pressing political matter'.
