Shapps will scrap some announcements and find new HQ of Great British Railways

In a string of videos posted to Twitter, Transport Secretary Grant Shapps has promoted his plan for the railways. It includes scrapping some train announcements. The government promises to deliver an efficient, financially sustainable railway.
