Isaiah John Metz spits at photographers while being taken into central booking

Isaiah John Metz, 22, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is taken into central booking by NYPD for attacking officers at a homeless shelter in Midtown Manhattan while spitting at photographers. Metz is wanted in Pennsylvania for 115 sex-related charges.
