Police warn of 'threats towards the wider public' during Raoul Moat manhunt

Police officers leading the manhunt of Raoul Moat back in 2010 warned of 'threats made towards the wider public', after the ex-convict went on the run following a shotgun rampage that killed one person and left two more seriously injured.
