United for Ukraine will 'help' late traveling refugees to Tijuana

Co-Founder of United For Ukraine, Anastasia Bolo in an interview with DailyMail.com said there will be help for Ukrainians who don't make it to Tijuana in time before the border closes. There will be help set up in Mexico City.
