Ukraine offers Russia to negotiate a ceasefire at Azovstal in besieged Mariupol

The Ukrainian president's adviser said on Sunday that Ukraine had proposed talks with Russia next to the sprawling Azovstal steel mill, the last Ukrainian stronghold in the besieged city of Mariupol. Russia is yet to respond.
