Zelensky accuses Russia of destabilisation tactics in Moldova's Transnistria

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called out Russia accusing the Kremlin of using tactics to destabilise the region of Transnistria in Moldova. Explosions were reported in the region close to the Ukraine border.
