President Zelensky warns of nuclear risk after Russian attacks on Chernobyl

President Volodymyr Zelensky has released a new broadcast to his official Telegram channel warning of the risks posed to the world after Russian forces have attacked both Chernobyl and Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plants.
