Zelensky says there is 'high risk' talks with Russia will stop.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky speaking to the media said there is a "very high" risk of interruptions to any talks with Russia. Zelensky also spoke of the need for talks that would lead to the evacuation of those in Mariupol.
