Affordable housing campaigner says right to buy scheme is a 'distraction'

A spokesman for the affordable housing campaign 'Priced Out' has said that the Government's proposed right to buy scheme is a distraction. He said: 'This is a distraction from what we really need to do to solve the housing crisis in this country.
