'Heavy shelling' seen at Azovstal steel plant in video from Azov Regiment

Video released by the Azov Regiment on Thursday appeared to show heavy shelling at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, in the last part of the port city still in Ukrainian hands. The date of when the footage was shot is not clear.
