Police at scene where Briton allegedly ran over woman in Cyprus

Cyprus police arrested a British tourist on suspicion of being the driver of a dune buggy that struck and killed a Swedish tourist at a crosswalk in the popular resort town of Ayia Napa in Cyprus.
