Azovstal Commander: Russia have not allowed the evacuation of civilians

Azov Deputy Commander Sviatoslav Palamar has made an appeal after he has claimed Russian forces have violated the truce. He said: 'Once again, the Russians violated the promise of a truce and did not allow the evacuation of civilians.'
