Sir Ed Davey smiles and wishes public good morning on ballot box visit

Boris Johnson appeared at Methodist Central Hall in Westminster with his dog Dilyn but without his wife Carrie Johnson to cast his ballot at around 7.40am. The Prime Minister was smiling and wished reporters a good morning.
