'Everything is destroyed but they continue bombing us': Luhansk Governor

Luhansk Governor Serhiy Haidai says Russian troops are continuing to bomb destroyed areas despite only ruins remaining there. He added that Russian plans to enter deeper into Ukrainian territory had not shown any sign of slowing down.
