Northern Ireland secretary: We want Stormont up and running as soon as possible

Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis has spoken to the press after Sinn Fein won a historic victory in the Northern Ireland Assembly. He explained that the Government wants Stormont up and running as quickly as possible.
