Former security chief John Lee elected as new Hong Kong leader

Former security chief John Lee speaks to the crowds after he was elected the new Hong Kong leader following elections. Lee spoke of his gratitude to those that voted, as said 'I deeply thank everyone for their encouragement and support'.
