US intelligence says Putin will only use nuclear weapons on 'existential threat'

According to top US intelligence officials, Russian President Vladimir Putin appears to be preparing for a long conflict but say they do not believe he would authorize use of nuclear weapons unless he perceived 'an existential threat' to Russia.
