Witness says '20 to 24 police' and 'a tank' chased Vicky and Casey White.

Jordan Baer witnessed the chase of Vicky and Casey White while trying to evade police. Baer said he saw the 'hostage negotiation tank' and about 24 police vehicles chasing after Casey and Vicky White before they crashed.
