Tory MP says food banks cater for generation who can't cook or budget

Tory MP Lee Anderson has invited his colleagues from the Chamber to visit his local food bank to see how it teaches cooking for a 'generation' who can neither cook for themselves or budget. He said they can't cook a meal from scratch or budget.
