'In horrible times we need to reach out of the box', says Baerbock to NATO

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock welcomed other country members at a NATO foreign ministers meeting in Berlin, Germany. Regarding the Russian war on Ukraine Baerbock said: 'In these horrible times, we all have to reach out out of our box.'
