Bolts of lightning stretch out across Fareham skyline as storms sweep into UK

Thunder and lightning have hit parts of southern England throughout the night, with Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire most affected. A flood warning has been issued as the tropical storms continue to hit the UK today.
