One of the suspect on moped shot and killed 11 year-old-girl in the Bronx

An 11-year-old girl has been killed by a stray bullet after she was hit in the stomach by a gunman riding his scooter through the Bronx. Kyhara Tay was just an innocent bystander half a block away when two men driving on a moped and opened fire.
